Wine Cellar Doors
The door is where a wine room is judged and where it fails: condensation, sag, draught. Ours is a folded stainless frame with an insulated double-glazed panel, our own top-and-bottom hinge, and a magnetic seal.
What this one is
One page inside the cellar systems group — framed glass · insulated · heated perimeter. What follows is how it meets the wall, how the rows are pitched, and what the drawing has to settle before anything is cut.
Where it goes
It is built to the wall it meets — send the dimensions and we will tell you which of the mounting conditions suits the room.
Bottle fit and cradle pitch
Every row is cut to the bottles it will hold, and the drawing labels which row takes which shape.
What the drawing fixes
Everything on the drawing comes back to four numbers: lead time 25 – 35 days. Change one of them and it is a different cabinet, drawn again rather than stretched. Hinged · Pivot · Sliding are the mounting conditions this one is drawn for.

Before you order a wine cellar doors
Why does a glass door fog up, and does yours?
Condensation forms when the warm face of the glass drops below the dew point. We fit a heated perimeter on the warm side and wire it to the room light, which keeps the face above dew point without a visible element.
Can I buy the door without the room?
Yes. Door, frame and threshold ship as a kit with a setting-out drawing, and your builder forms the opening.
What about a sliding door on a curved wall?
Only above a 1,500 mm radius. Below that the track cannot follow the curve smoothly and we would use a pivot leaf instead.

Send the wall, not the wish list
Three photographs and the bottle count is enough for a scheme and a fixed price.
