Wine Racks
The folded stainless rack without the cabinet around it. For display kitchens, bars and cellars where the bottles should be open to the room and reachable without opening a door.
What this one is
One page inside the head terms group — open stainless · no glass · full access. What follows is how it meets the wall, how the rows are pitched, and what the drawing has to settle before anything is cut.
Where it goes
It stands on the floor, so the plinth carries the load and the wall only has to stop it tipping.
It fixes to the wall, which keeps the floor clear and puts the bottles at eye level.
It hangs from the ceiling structure, leaving the floor completely open.
Bottle fit and cradle pitch
The cradle is folded stainless with a 3 mm felt lining, and the pitch of every row is set to the bottles it will hold: Bordeaux · Burgundy · Champagne · 1.5 L. The drawing labels which row takes which bottle shape, so nobody has to guess on site.
Capacity for this model runs 12 – 240 bottles. If your count sits outside that band, the band moves rather than the room: the module count and the cradle pitch are what change, not the finish or the frame.
Depth is 250 / 300 / 350 mm. The measurement that matters is the bottle, not the cabinet: a Burgundy bottle lying forward needs more than a Bordeaux one, and a magnum row needs more again.
What the drawing fixes
Everything on the drawing comes back to four numbers: width 400 – 3,000 mm; height Up to 3,000 mm per unit; depth 250 / 300 / 350 mm; capacity 12 – 240 bottles; lead time 20 – 30 days. Change one of them and it is a different cabinet, drawn again rather than stretched. Floor · Wall · Ceiling · Open are the mounting conditions this one is drawn for.

Made in our own factory in Shunde, Foshan: frame, finish, cradle and cooling in one workshop. Production runs 30 to 40 days after the deposit and is quoted per project. Crated for your forwarder; installation by your fitter to our drawing.
Before you order a wine racks
Will a stainless cradle scratch the labels?
No. Bottles rest on a 3 mm felt-lined cradle, and the cradle depth is set per bottle type — the drawing labels which row takes which shape.
Can a rack go floor to ceiling without a back panel?
Yes, up to 3,000 mm on wall-fixed uprights. Above that we would add a ceiling tie, because a loaded rack moves.
Open rack or glass-front cabinet — how do I decide?
Open if the room already controls temperature and you want the bottles to read as part of the interior. Glass-front if the room swings in temperature or you want dust control.

Send the wall, not the wish list
Three photographs and the bottle count is enough for a scheme and a fixed price.
