Wine Cellars
A wine cellar is four problems that fail separately: the room, the walling, the door and the cooling. We build all four, which is why there is one number to call when something is wrong.
What this one is
One page inside the cellar systems group — room, walling, door, cooling — one supplier. What follows is how it meets the wall, how the rows are pitched, and what the drawing has to settle before anything is cut.
Where it goes
It is part of a walk-in room, where the cabinet becomes the walling.
It is built with integrated cooling rather than a separate chiller.
Bottle fit and cradle pitch
Capacity for this model runs 180 – 2,000 bottles. If your count sits outside that band, the band moves rather than the room: the module count and the cradle pitch are what change, not the finish or the frame.
What the drawing fixes
Everything on the drawing comes back to four numbers: capacity 180 – 2,000 bottles; lead time 45 – 60 days. Change one of them and it is a different cabinet, drawn again rather than stretched. Walk-in · Custom · Room are the mounting conditions this one is drawn for.

Made in our own factory in Shunde, Foshan: frame, finish, cradle and cooling in one workshop. Production runs 30 to 40 days after the deposit and is quoted per project. Crated for your forwarder; installation by your fitter to our drawing.
Before you order a wine cellars
Do you build the room or only the inside?
Both. We can take a bare basement and hand back a finished cellar, or supply door, walling and racking as a kit for your builder.
What is the smallest cellar worth building?
About 1.6 m² and 180 bottles. Below that a large cabinet does the same job for less money, and we will say so.
How is the cooling chosen?
From room volume, insulation value and glass area — not bottle count. A glass-walled cellar in a warm room can need double the unit of a solid-walled one the same size.

Send the wall, not the wish list
Three photographs and the bottle count is enough for a scheme and a fixed price.
