Custom Wine Cellar Construction
Turnkey cellar construction: survey, drawings, insulated walling, door, racking, cooling and commissioning. One programme, one site contact, one warranty.
What this one is
One page inside the cellar systems group — bare basement to finished cellar. What follows is how it meets the wall, how the rows are pitched, and what the drawing has to settle before anything is cut.
Where it goes
It is part of a walk-in room, where the cabinet becomes the walling.
Bottle fit and cradle pitch
Capacity for this model runs 180 – 2,000 bottles. If your count sits outside that band, the band moves rather than the room: the module count and the cradle pitch are what change, not the finish or the frame.
What the drawing fixes
Everything on the drawing comes back to four numbers: capacity 180 – 2,000 bottles; lead time 45 – 60 days for the build. Change one of them and it is a different cabinet, drawn again rather than stretched. Turnkey · Room build are the mounting conditions this one is drawn for.

Made in our own factory in Shunde, Foshan: frame, finish, cradle and cooling in one workshop. Production runs 30 to 40 days after the deposit and is quoted per project. Crated for your forwarder; installation by your fitter to our drawing.
Before you order a custom wine cellar construction
Can you work with my contractor?
Yes, and it is usually the least expensive route: your contractor forms and finishes the room, we supply and install the insulated walling, door, racking and cooling.
What has to be decided first?
Where the condenser goes. Everything else can be adjusted later; the condenser cannot, and it drives the whole cooling design.
Do you handle the electrical and the drain?
We specify the requirements precisely — a dedicated circuit, the drain position, the heater wiring — and your electrician executes them. We commission afterwards.

Send the wall, not the wish list
Three photographs and the bottle count is enough for a scheme and a fixed price.
