Foshan Bandao No.47 Villa
A full basement level turned into one continuous bottle wall, with a closed cabinet run on the return leg for glassware and cases.
- Location
- Foshan, Guangdong
- Space
- Basement wine cellar
- Specification
- 240 bottles · glass-front · brushed stainless
- Scope
- Design, manufacture, crate, ship, setting-out drawing for the client fitter
What was built
A basement level rather than a room. The bottle wall runs as one continuous face in brushed stainless, and the closed run continues around the return leg for glassware and cases, so the working storage sits out of sight of the bottles on display.
How it was handed over
The run was numbered panel by panel before it was crated. The site measurement was taken by the client builder against the re-cut drawing, and the panels went in in the order they left the workshop.
Nothing was cut before the measured drawing was confirmed. The unit was then dry-fit, inspected, photographed and filmed in Foshan, and crated against a numbered setting-out drawing for the client fitter.
Installed, in the room
Photographs taken on site after installation. No renders.
